What’s for Dinner?!?
Ok people. Time to step it up with THE DIET. You can train like an animal and sleep like a log, but you are only going to get so far if you don’t eat right along with it. I would say nutrition is about 40% of the equation that is going to get you better. Going Paleo may seem daunting, but it’s really not that difficult if you just have the right recipes at your disposal. And it’s going to take you just about the same amount of time and a bit less $$$ as it would to get pre-made food or cook a lasagna. So, I’m going to provide you with some good recipes to the best of my ability. I’ve been cooking Paleo meals for my family for nearly two years, so I have an arsenal of variety and deliciousness! I’ll post what’s for dinner at my house, and you are welcome to take from it what you can and what you want.
