CrossFit Classes

We have created this environment to empower you to choose the life you want to lead. This is not a place where we keep machines for you to use – this is a place where we help you turn your body and mind into a highly functional and efficient machine. We accomplish this by training members in a small group setting rather than leave you on your own with machines that can’t provide positive and constructive feedback. This personal contact is what sets CrossFit gyms including CrossFit Downtown Atlanta and CrossFit Alpharetta apart from other gyms.

CrossFit 101 Introductory Program

All novices to our style of training will be required to undergo some on-ramp training. This is to ensure proper understanding of the foundational movements and to complete scaled down workouts until the athlete is ready to jump into the regular WODs (Workouts of the Day). We offer this as a 2-week on-ramp trial package available only once per athlete that includes 6 days of instruction and WODs for $180! At the Downtown location, the schedule is based on 1-on-1 scheduled sessions with one of our trainers. You will work directly with them for the 6 sessions, making the schedule fairly flexible. Visiting Drop-ins

We also welcome any experienced CrossFitters to drop-in while they are in the Atlanta area! Upon arrival, you will need to sign a waiver before the start of class so please arrive a few minutes early if possible! The drop-in rate at both locations is $15/visit; register here.
