CrossFit Downtown’s own Jessica Kornhoff
recently competed in the
Southern Open
in Newnan, GA
on January 12, 2013.

She participated in the 75+ kg weight class with a meet total of 121 kg!
This was not a total PR for Jessica, but she did PR on her C&J with a 72kg lift that day!

Her total was enough to earn her 2nd place in her weight class,
improving from her 3rd place finish last year!!!
